Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: You are paying for a service in advance and may cancel anytime before your scheduled appointment time to receive a full refund. Per my policy, if you do not cancel before your appointment time and miss your appointment and choose not to reschedule, you will forfeit the service fee and there will be no refund due to holding my time and not allowing it to be used for someone else. Missed Appointment Reschedule Policy: I understand that sometimes there are emergencies or mental symptoms preventing you from attending an appointment. Please do your best to reschedule in advance. If you are unable to reschedule before your missed appointment, but would still like to reschedule with me, I will make a one-time exception and allow your prepaid service fee to carry over to the new appointment time. However, I will not make this exception more than once, and if there are continued no-shows then future payments for missed appointments will not be refunded. Policy for Refund Requests Post Service Completion: Holistic health coaching services are beneficial in numerous ways, including connection and energy exchange in the form of reflective listening, motivational interviewing, assisted self-reflection and empowerment in addition to any results that remedy recommendations might bring. Because benefits come in many varieties, some less easily recognizable or that may take time to fully develop, it is my policy not to honor refund requests post service completion.
